For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened candy.
Unopened Items
If your candy is still sealed and returned within 7 days of purchase with your receipt, we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
Quality Guarantee
If there’s an issue with freshness or quality — such as stale candy, damage, or an incorrect order — please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll replace the item or refund you — no hassle.
Special Event Orders
Deposits for private events are non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 7 days before your event, we can apply your deposit toward a future booking.
